How is my order prepared?
Your order will be prepared within 48 hours (i.e., 2 business days).
When will I receive my order and by what delivery methods?
Currently we offer home delivery via La Poste and delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay. But we will diversify our carriers quickly.
For France:
The delivery time is set between 3 and 5 business days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 7 business days to be delivered.
For neighboring countries:
The delivery time is set between 5 and 10 working days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.
What are your delivery rates?

Can I pick up my order in person?
This option is not currently available .
However, it will sometimes be possible to request a local pickup during a convention.

J'ai beaucoup aimer les détails des lentilles elles son assez souple donc des fois galère a mettre mes sinon magnifique
J'ai testé les lentilles de chez cosplay Smart. Je suis de nature très sensible des yeux et n'utilise généralement qu'une marque bien précise de lentille qui ne m'assèche pas les yeux. Je me suis finalement laissé convaincre par ces lentilles là qui, ma foi, sont bien mieux que ce que j'aurais pu penser. Je les sens un peu mais elles ne sont pas douloureuse. Après plusieurs heures avec, j'ai fini par oublié que je les portais.
Elles ne m'ont pas donné les yeux rouges tout du long où je les utilisais et le violet est très joli et intense

J'adore J'adore J'adore <3 les instructions sont très claires et j'arrive a faire certaines parties que je croyais dur. Pour ce "brouillon", j'ai sauter certaines étapes avec la doublure et le thermocollant mais je suis assez satisfaite de la premiere version de Freiren que je vous montre en photo. Le brouillon n'est pas encore finis a 100% mais je dois dire que je suis hyper heureuse de mon achat. Merci infiniment. 🫶🏽
