How is my order prepared?
Yolaine will take care of your order and do her best to prepare it as quickly as possible.
We set a deadline of 48 hours (or 2 working days) to prepare and send the package. The mail is collected in the early afternoon, so orders placed before 11am are more likely to be picked up the same day by the carrier.
When will I receive my order and by what means of delivery?
Currently we offer home delivery via La Poste and delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay. But we will diversify the carriers quickly.
For France:
The delivery time is set between 3 and 5 working days. This means that an order must take a maximum of 7 working days to be delivered.
For neighboring countries:
The delivery time is set between 5 and 10 working days. This means that an order must take a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.
So if you don't have your package within this time frame, don't hesitate to contact us on social media or send an email to contact@cosplaysmart.com .
We mainly focus on deliveries in France.
But we are open to deliveries to neighboring countries (including Switzerland). The rates are unfortunately higher. But as soon as possible we will open shipments to nearby countries at a more reasonable price with GLS.

We deliver mainly to France but also to the following neighboring countries :
Currently with La Poste:

Currently with La Poste and Mondial Relay:
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- Spain
- Luxembourg
What are your delivery rates in France?
We have chosen variable delivery rates which are as close as possible to the actual weight of your order.
With our current delivery method via La Poste, the delivery rates are as follows:
- Up to 100gr - 3€
- Up to 250gr - 5€
- Up to 500gr - 7€
- Up to 1kg - €9
- Up to 2kg - 10€
By choosing Mondial Relay we offer more advantageous rates for you with:
- Up to 2kg - €5
- More than 2kg - 8€
Delivery is free from 100€ of purchase.
What are your delivery rates to neighboring countries?
We have chosen variable delivery rates which are as close as possible to the actual weight of your order.
With our current delivery method via La Poste, the delivery rates are as follows:
- Up to 100gr - 7€
- Up to 250gr - 13€
- Up to 500gr - 15€
- Up to 1kg - €18
- Up to 2kg - 20€
By choosing Mondial Relay we offer more advantageous rates for you with:
- Up to 1.5kg - €6.50
- More than 1.5kg - €10
Delivery is free from 200€ of purchase in Mondial Relay and from 300€ of purchase via La Poste.
Can I collect my order in person?
Currently this option is not available as we do not yet have a warehouse or store accessible to the public.
However, when conventions come up that we are attending, you will be able to place an order and request a pick-up on site at the convention.
The conditions will then be announced at the time of ordering, on our site in the “Shipping and returns” section or on our social networks.
I received my order but there is a problem:
Is your package damaged upon receipt? Then you should ask the delivery person to attend the opening of the package in order to see if the inside of the order is damaged. If this is the case, he will have to make a report on this, but do not hesitate to take photos of it all. If you do not see the delivery person, take a photo or film the unpacking.
In either case, please contact us afterwards so that we can assist you.
The same applies if an item is defective. Contact us explaining the problem and we will see together about replacing or refunding it.

I would like to return one or more items:
Have you changed your mind about a product? Don't panic, you have up to 30 days after your order to return your item to us as long as it is neither used nor unpacked. However, the return costs will be at your expense.
Contact us on our social networks or via the following email: contact@cosplaysmart.com . We will explain how to return the product(s). Remember to keep the package in which you received your order to return it to us.
Upon receipt of the products, we will be able to refund the items and you will receive the amount of the items on your payment method following the legal deadline between the different banks and platforms (generally between 2 and 5 days).
We can also offer you a refund in the form of a credit/voucher if you wish. This can sometimes be more advantageous for you.
