Shipping to Europe: help us decide where to come back 🌍
Since August 12, 2026, we only ship to France 🇫🇷 and Switzerland 🇨🇭. Not by choice: a new EU packaging regulation (the PPWR) requires us to register country by country before we can keep shipping elsewhere. That registration comes at a cost — one we only want to invest where it truly makes sense for our cosplay community.
Why this limitation?
Since August 12, 2026, any business selling packaged products in an EU country must register with a local body responsible for packaging recycling (the EPR/REP scheme). It's not a single EU-wide registration: each country has its own process, its own fees, sometimes its own requirements. For a business like ours, registering everywhere at once would be a cost we can't justify without knowing whether the demand is really there. That's where you come in.
How we'll decide
We're already analyzing our order and traffic data to spot the countries where interest seems strongest. But nothing replaces your direct input: tell us, in the form for your language below, whether you'd like us to ship to you again, and what interests you in the shop. The more responses we get from a country, the easier it becomes to justify investing there.

Why do France and Switzerland stay available?
Because we're already registered and compliant with the new regulation there.
