How is my order prepared?
Your order will be prepared within 48 hours (i.e., 2 business days).
When will I receive my order and by what delivery methods?
Currently we offer home delivery via La Poste and delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay. But we will diversify our carriers quickly.
For France:
The delivery time is set between 3 and 5 business days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 7 business days to be delivered.
For neighboring countries:
The delivery time is set between 5 and 10 working days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.
What are your delivery rates?

Can I pick up my order in person?
This option is not currently available .
However, it will sometimes be possible to request a local pickup during a convention.

Info au cas où : quand j’ai reçu les miennes, l'une des 2 lentilles était à l'envers et je ne l'avais pas remarqué (aucune gêne sur l’oeil), et j’ai cru avoir une lentille d’une couleur différente (boulet que je suis 😅🤣).
La découverte d’une vie ! Je vais pouvoir faire des costumes incroyables ! 😻
Je recommande vivement! C'est la seule marque qui assèche ou ne brûle pas ma peau. J'ai déjà fait mon cosplay de Charlie Morningstar à six reprises déjà avec, ainsi que mes cosplays Julia et Arleen de JustDance. (PS : si vous voulez le visage blanc comme un linge, appliquer deux couches en ayant pris soin que la première est bien séchée avant la seconde.)
Lentilles confortables et couleur très naturelle ! Sur mes yeux bleu/gris, elles donnent une couleur verte réaliste. Elles agrandissent également les yeux mais sans un effet trop prononcé.

J'ai beaucoup aimer les détails des lentilles elles son assez souple donc des fois galère a mettre mes sinon magnifique
J'ai testé les lentilles de chez cosplay Smart. Je suis de nature très sensible des yeux et n'utilise généralement qu'une marque bien précise de lentille qui ne m'assèche pas les yeux. Je me suis finalement laissé convaincre par ces lentilles là qui, ma foi, sont bien mieux que ce que j'aurais pu penser. Je les sens un peu mais elles ne sont pas douloureuse. Après plusieurs heures avec, j'ai fini par oublié que je les portais.
Elles ne m'ont pas donné les yeux rouges tout du long où je les utilisais et le violet est très joli et intense
