Do you want to create a massive weapon, a detailed helmet, or a bulky piece without assembling dozens of plates?
The 50mm EVA foam block is designed for this. With its 5 cm thickness, you can work directly with the material and sculpt your shapes in a single piece.
Unlike classic EVA sheets where you have to cut, glue, and layer, here you switch to direct carving mode: you cut, sand, and adjust your volume like a true sculpted piece. The result: huge time savings and much cleaner shapes.
In medium density (75kg/m³), this block offers an excellent balance between ease of sculpting and material hold. It remains flexible enough to be easily worked with a utility knife, Dremel, or sandpaper, while maintaining good stability once sculpted.

🧩 Integration into your cosplay
This EVA block is perfect as a sculpting base for voluminous pieces. Once your main volume is created, you can refine your project with 5mm EVA foam for certain secondary structures, then add details with 3mm or 2mm EVA foam.
To enhance the visual rendering, you can also integrate EVA foam chainmail areas to add texture and break up overly smooth surfaces on certain parts of your armor or costume.
For more organic shapes or complex transitions, Foam Clay allows you to add sculpted details directly to the piece.

When will I receive my order and by what delivery methods?
Currently we offer home delivery via La Poste and delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay. But we will diversify our carriers quickly.
For France:
The delivery time is set between 3 and 5 business days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 7 business days to be delivered.
For neighboring countries:
The delivery time is set between 5 and 10 working days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.
