How is my order prepared?
Your order will be prepared within 48 hours (2 working days).
When will I receive my order and by what means of delivery?
Currently we offer home delivery via La Poste and delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay. But we will diversify the carriers quickly.
For France:
The delivery time is set between 3 and 5 working days. This means that an order must take a maximum of 7 working days to be delivered.
For neighboring countries:
The delivery time is set between 5 and 10 working days. This means that an order must take a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.
What are your delivery rates?
We have chosen variable delivery rates that are as close as possible to the actual weight of your order. To find out more, consult our shipping conditions on the following page: Shipping and returns
Delivery is free from 100€ of purchase in France.
Can I collect my order in person?
Currently this option is not available .
But it will sometimes be possible to request a withdrawal on site during a convention.
I received my order but there is a problem:
Is your package damaged upon receipt? Take a photo or film the unpacking . If an item is defective.

You have up to 30 days after your order to return your item to us as long as it is neither used nor unpacked. However, the return costs will be at your expense.
