How is my order prepared?

Your order will be prepared within 48 hours (i.e., 2 business days).

When will I receive my order and by what delivery methods?

Currently we offer home delivery via La Poste and delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay. But we will diversify our carriers quickly.

For France:
The delivery time is set between 3 and 5 business days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 7 business days to be delivered.

For neighboring countries:
The delivery time is set between 5 and 10 working days. This means that an order should take a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.

What are your delivery rates?

Can I pick up my order in person?

This option is not currently available .

However, it will sometimes be possible to request a local pickup during a convention.

I received my order but there's a problem:

Is your package damaged upon arrival? Take a photo or video of the unpacking . If an item is defective.

You have up to 30 days after your order to return your item, provided it is unused and unopened. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
